The Bellingham Yacht Club is honored to be the host for the 1998 U.S. Sailing Junior Championships, perhaps better known as the Sears, Bemis, and Smythe competition.

U.S. Sailing, the national governing body for the sport of sailboat racing, is the organizing authority for these races.
