Crew cards are issued yearly, with each ending December 31. The fee is $10 per applicant, and is not prorated. It is understood that this application shall not be binding upon Bellingham Yacht Club until written notice of acceptance and/or crew card is issued by the Club.

Crew card may be revoked by the Club if holder fails to comply with the Club's policies regarding conduct, eligibility, or any other reason in the Club's sole discretion.
