CREW EXCHANGE!

This page is for BYC skippers looking for crew for racing or cruising, and for sailors who want to crew on a BYC boat.

BYC welcomes both inexperienced and experienced sailors to sail with us. Those who have little experience will learn from those who can; those who are experienced can pass on their wisdom and skills to others.

How the exchange works:

Skippers looking for crew complete and submit the "Crew Required" form. Sailors looking for boats complete and submit "Crew Available" form. Once the data is received it will be entered into the "Crew Exchange Data Bank (htm)". You can check the web based data bank to look for potential matches.

* Note in 2005 boats in Cruising Class and Thursday Night Racing will receive special BYC adjusted handicaps as set out in the PHRF-NW booklet for 2005. The object of this is to encourage more cruising boats and novice racers to participate in BYC races.
