The Regatta will be sailed on the waters of Bellingham Bay and will be governed by the International Yacht Racing rules, the Prescription of United States Sailing Association, the rules of Participating Class; except as any of these are altered by the sailing instructions. The races will be held on May 21 and 22, with warning signals scheduled for 1130 hours on the 21st and 1030 hours on the 22nd.
All Optimist competitors must age 15 and under (born 1990 or later) .

Registration is $25 (US) single-handed; $45 (US) double-handed.

LASERS * LASER >> * OPTIMIST * BYTE * 420 * All classes welcome (5 boat minimum for a start)
AWARDS:
Each participant will receive an official Ski to Sea T-shirt. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in each class with registration of 5 or more boats.
Awards will be held as soon as possible after racing on Sunday, May 22nd in the downstairs Ward
Room at the BYC.
Racing Instructions will be available at the Club at the time of registration
