GENERAL INFORMATION

Moorage is provided for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at no charge, courtesy of the Bellingham Yacht Club and Port of Bellingham.  Moorage is available on a first come first served basis.  Participants should be prepared for rafting.  

Lift facilities are available within the harbor for smaller trailerable boats.  Contact Rich Veach at 360.201.3578 or Al Callery at 360.739.3820 and make advance arrangements.  A boat launch is located in the South Harbor Basin.

Vehicle parking - overnight parking is available throughout the harbor area where not prohibited by signs.  Please do not park for more than two hours in the loading zones as two- hour parking limits will be strictly enforced.

The use of  club facilities will be available from 1500 hours Friday, September 3 through 2200 hours Sunday September 5.  The Club will be closed from 2230 - 0800 hours each day.  Public restrooms are available at the top of the main dock near the Yacht Club.

(Please note that crew members and others using the BYC bar facilities will be required to show an ID)

Breakfast is available at The Weblocker   676-0512 .

Lunches may be arranged in advance through The Weblocker - 676-0512  

Caribbean style barbeque will be available at the Yacht Club Saturday night catered by Emearld Bay Events. $20 per ticket. Please sign up in advance.

Please remember food and beverages purchased outside the Yacht Club are not allowed on club premises.

T-shirts, sweat shirts etc. may be purchased  at the BYC, and also purchased online at www.byc.org.

A reminder. Skippers will be held responsible for the behaviour of their crew while attending this event. We ask that all participants be courteous and respectful of the volunteers, facilities, and their fellow sailors.
