The Bellingham Yacht Club maintains a private outstation on Lummi Island named Inati Bay. The bay is aproximately 1 hour away by boat (faster for speedboats). The anchorage is well sheltered from the prevailing winds and provides a great place to cruise to for a quick weekend outing. Club volunteers clean the beach area, mow the grass and cut back the brush.
The tidelands and uplands of Inati Bay remain under restricted access by authorized users of the Lummi Island Land Company. Members of the Bellingham Yacht Club are permitted access to the beach area under the terms of the BYC lease with the Lummi Island Land Company. Please respect the rights of the property owners.
